Why submit an error report?
When we receive user feedback without detailed steps or timestamps, our technical team can only guess the root cause. It sometimes takes days to reproduce the issue. We truly appreciate you taking 1 extra minute to help us fix things faster!
Include steps to reproduce and the time of occurrence (as precisely as possible):
How did the issue happen?
Please describe the steps. For example: I opened the Library → tapped on the book “Harry Potter” → tapped the menu button in the top left → the screen froze.
Does the issue occur every time? Or occasionally?
If every time: please write “Happens every time.”
If not: give an estimate, such as “Happens about 1 out of every 3 times.”
When did the issue occur?
Please provide an approximate time (ideally to the minute). For example: “Occurred on July 22, 2025 at 9:35 PM.”
The more precise, the easier it is for us to check the backend logs.
Submit an Error Report (Important!)
Right after the issue happens, please submit a report:
Tap “More” in the bottom right corner of Pubook
Select “Contact support”
Fill in the details (steps, time, etc.)
Submit! The error log will be sent to our tech team automatically.
